Event Waiver + Policies

By purchasing or obtaining services by Zehn Space Wellness LLC (“Zehn Space”), I agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in exercise, fitness, yoga, or wellness programs, classes, or activities conducted by Zehn Space, whether held at the studio or another designated location.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, pulls, tears, broken bones, heart attack, heat exhaustion, dehydration, back or knee injuries, and in rare cases, death. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating with full knowledge of these risks and voluntarily assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

Medical Clearance: I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity. I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation.

Waiver and Release: I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Zehn Space Wellness LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (“Releasees”), as well as the Borough of Kinnelon, for any injury, damage, or loss that I may sustain as a result of participating in any Zehn Space program or event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in activities organized by Zehn Space, including travel to and from the event location.

Scope of Release: This release applies to all liabilities, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever that I, my heirs, assigns, next of kin, or legal representatives may have now or in the future related to my participation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Zehn Space Wellness LLC, and I sign it of my own free will.

Photo Release: Participants may occasionally appear in photos or videos used for promotional purposes by Zehn Space Wellness. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us prior to class.

Cancellation Policy: Class purchases (both single-class and class packages) are non-refundable, though class packs may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.
